Mission

1. Service Fee

- The service fee charged by Ship4ess for the processing capturing and placing of your order to the management clearance and packaging of your order right down to delivery thereof. This is not a delivery fee but a token charged from the very beginning of your order's process with us it, is a non-refundable token.
- By using our services, you agree to pay the service fee and acknowledge that it is non-refundable.

2. Termination of Service

- Ship4ess reserves the right to terminate your service immediately as a fraud preventative measure should you be found in attempt of rerouting a shipment through our courier partners without our prior consent.
- Such action will result in a fine and termination of service.
-You will be responsible for your order's shipment to you monetarily
- You agree to use our services in accordance with our terms and conditions and not to engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent or unlawful.
-Ship4ess holds the right to pursue further legal measures should you be found ingaging in fraudulency and any form of theft or related within our organization by fraudulent payments or related actions. We will show no leniency.

3. Fraud Preventative Checks

- Ship4ess may, at its own discretion, conduct fraud preventative checks on clients.
- You agree to cooperate with us in such checks and provide any necessary information or documentation in respect of your countries privacy law.

4. Data and Privacy

- Ship4ess collects personal information from clients, including names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
- We will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your prior consent.
- We will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or use.
- All payment details are processed through our secure payment gateways and are protected according to the Credit Act and Consumer Protection Laws Act.- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved through [Dispute Resolution Process].

5. Shipment Insurance

- Our shipment insurance does not cover shipments sent using a personal account for business purposes.
- You agree to use our services for personal or business purposes in accordance with our terms and conditions.

6. Liability

- Liability for shipments switches to the client once our orders move from our hub to the courier and/or the client, unless insurance is purchased for the order.
- Ship4ess will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by the supplier's packaging, including suffocation or harm caused by the product's contents.
- Ship4ess will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by suppliers, and clients agree to hold harmless Ship4ess for any claims or damages arising from such suppliers.

7. Changes to Policies

- Ship4ess reserves the right to change its policies, terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- You agree to review our terms and conditions regularly and agree to be bound by any changes.

8. Refunds

- Full refunds are allowed in cases where Ship4ess or the client has clearly not received their order or the order is not processed hassle-free.
- Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

9. Governing Law

- These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your Country/State.
