• Involved in the first hand relay, transcript, transfer, capture and entry of client data within our systems of operations. Key required skill being accuracy in the delivery and transfer of needed information internally and externally.

Min Req. Matric with 60%+ in the English language | Diploma or Certificate in Administration or related field (Would be an advantage) |  Excellent fluency and comprehension of the required language. 
-Reports to The Ordering Department's needs
-Moderate to minimum Travel

> Order and Shipping Coordinator {2}

• Coordinates shipping operations including SKU capturing and tracing, ensuring accurate OtoC matches. Streamlining fulfilment and last mile procedures. Neatness and organizational skills are required as role involves digital note keeping in a manner that is clear and concise.

Min Req. Matric or equivalent | NQF Level 3 or higher | Certificate in Administration / Logistics or related / NQF Level 4 qualification in Quantity Surveying or related(Would be an advantage)
-Reports to The Ordering Department’s needs, HR and Head of Sales
-Accurate data capture
-Record keep and recall upon request 
-Analytical thinking is mandatory
-Minimum to no travel required
-In office/distribution hub work post
-Mainly digital Role
